Beauty Advice For Pregnant

Pregnancy ,products ,pregnant women ,how to ,makeup ,skin care ,health ,hair color ,fashion ,doctor ,women's health ,treatment ,travel ,stretch marks ,special offer ,relationships ,pregnancy advice ,Pregnancy is one of the most wonderful and priceless times in a woman's life. After all, carrying a baby in your womb is the best gift from God. However during this time, women tend to get cranky and restless. Early morning sickness, swollen feet and a whole new body shape is not something that a lady would desire. But every woman has the right to look her best even during this time. When you look at your beautiful face in the mirror, it may just make you feel so much better.

Brown sun spots are quite common among pregnant women. To avoid them, make sure that you are more strict about wearing a sunscreen lotion more than SPF 30 whenever you are stepping out. It is always advisable not to color your hair during the first twelve weeks of pregnancy. However you may use vegetable dyes to color your hair. For acne prone skin, make sure that you exfoliate regularly. Also feel free to consult your dermatologist more than before during this period.

Make sure that you drink lots and lots of water throughout your pregnancy period. Water will keep you hydrated. Also double your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables. Use lots of moisturizer and baby cream for dry skin and stretch marks. You can wear stylish maternity gowns during this period. There are a variety of them available in the market that you can choose from. Choose from different colors and patterns. There are fabulous designs that you can pick from maternity gowns to suit your pretty self. But no matter what you wear, don't ever compromise on comfort.

Unless you are comfortable wearing something, you won't possibly look good in it. So choose clothes, shoes and hairstyles that you are comfortable in. Avoid too complicated hairstyles during this time. Instead stick to simpler styles and you will look so much prettier wearing them.

During pregnancy there are a couple of blessings that will come by you along with your baby. Glowing skin and glossy hair are some of them. The female hormone estrogen in your body is the cause for this. You will find your skin vibrant with a lovely glow from inside. The glow may be partially because of the hormonal estrogen. But it will partially be due to the joy of pregnancy that you will feel from within. It's your every right to be a gorgeous mom, fight for it!

Beauty Pregnant

Beauty Pregnant - Pregnant women who smoke are to be offered gift vouchers and beauty treatments to encourage them to quit under proposals by an NHS trust.
The incentives, which also include baby goods, will be given to those women who are able to prove they have successfully kicked the habit.
Telford and Wrekin NHS Trust in Shropshire plan to role out a pilot scheme soon, having already agreed to the idea in principle.
But they have been warned that the move could prove controversial by some who see it as the health service rewarding bad behaviour.
Expectant mums who agree to the trials will undergo various examinations, such as carbon monoxide monitoring, a breath test which will show if someone has recently smoked.
Samples of urine and saliva may also be taken to prove that their bodies are free of nicotine and other harmful substances found in cigarettes.
Dr Kevin Lewis, director of Shropshire's Help 2 Quit service, which is calling for the scheme, said there were big health benefits to be gained from encouraging pregnant smokers to quit.
It would help improve live birth rates, result in better health for newborn babies, and cut NHS treatment costs.

Dr Lewis said studies had shown people needed motivation to help them give up smoking and that simply highlighting the dangers of smoking in pregnancy was not always enough.
He said: 'One of these motivators can be in the form of rewards.
'It might be something like a £5 gift voucher - and they receive these if they maintain quitting from smoking and that would be tested to make sure that they have.
'You would think that after all the knowledge there is out there now about the health risks from smoking - not only to yourself but also to the unborn child - that that would be enough to motivate people.

But we are dealing with an addiction and we are dealing with human
behaviour and we just know from the studies that people are often not as motivated by the benefits to future health as they are by the here and now.' Beauty Pregnant
